Hogle Zoo

We decide it was time for some family fun, so we headed to the zoo. Dylan was talking about it for two weeks(mostly the"hotel" or "otel" as he calls it) cause he is obsessed with staying in them.
Thanks Nana for again getting us the best hotel ever. We didn't even have to leave and we didn't. Just went to the store and whipped up some dinner in our little kitchenette and slept all day Saturday cause it was raining outside. Dylan seriously did not leave the TV and thought he was in HEAVEN when shark tales came on and he had the whole thing to himself. Just like a king propped up with some pillows and a box of vanilla wafers by his side. I wish I could have captured the moment. He cracks us up even when he is being so dang naughty!
We went to the Hogle Zoo on Sunday and I think Justin was truly disappointed at the fact that he is now 25 and the zoo isn't what he had remembered at the age of 7. Sorry hun... it's all about the kiddos!

Dang... It was a long day

Tell Justin I SO felt that when I went back to the zoo for the first time as an adult. It's depressing. Glad you had fun, good to see you guys!

Last time we went to the zoo, I didn't know if I was going to make it out alive. I was pregnant and it was HOT! Alan kept making me sit down and squirting me with the squirt bottle! It was a closey. No more July trips for us.
BTW- you sound sooo important saying "client." All grown up and stuff! And yes I totally remember getting that dang boot on my tire. I never even had heard of such things until there it was right on the "dyn!" But, we had a fun night. Hogi Yogi was the best. I loved those nights. Although, it's sad that I don't think I ever even thought about it being wrong ;). We had lots of fun in St.George when I would visit. But, we always had fun before you left too!

That looks so fun! I need to take Kash to the zoo again. He would love it. I need your address Lady, so I can send Dylan an invite to Kash's Karnival. It's going to be tons of fun! I hope you can come. Leave me a comment on my blog or a message on Facebook. Love ya!

I love that Dylan has an obsession with "otels". Bridger has that same obsession. Too cute!

What a cute little guy you got there! How fun for you guys...yes, I admit I expected a little more from the zoo when I went my 1st time as an adult too. I don't know what I was really expecting, but my kids LOVED it! We really need to take them up there again sometime. You have such a cute family.
